|Recommended: YesGreat apartment for individuals or family. — I say that Meadowood is better than any other apartments that I've come across.
|Recommended: YesGreat new staff, they convinced me to stay — It is very clean, quiet and affordable. There is new staff in the leasing office. They are fantastic. I considered moving to a different complex once my lease was over. However, upon meeting the new staff, I decided to stay.
|Recommended: YesMeadowood Village is a very nice complex. — It is a nice place to live. The atmosphere of the complex is calm and quiet. Some features of the aprtment are traditional; however the floor plan is very spacious and is a great layout. The grounds of the complex are clean. Sometimes there aren't any parking spaces near my building, but it doesn't happen often.
|Recommended: YesWhere we stay it is good. Not crowded and staff is nice — It's quite. We have two metro cops and a detective that stays over here. The only thing that I would negatively say is there are not light fixtures in the bedrooms so you have to buy lamps for every room. We have a three bedroom and it takes alot for our apartment to cool off. I wish there was more air flow coming through the vents. NO WATER BILL!! Yay!!!

|Recommended: YesReview — Will detail later, because I'm recovering from surgery right now, so will be brief for the time being. So far, this has been the best apartment community I've ever lived in, hands down. The management stays out of your business, the place is not run like a SS Nazi-controlled boot camp like so many other complexes seem to be run. Privacy is a big issue to me and I appreciate management respecting my privacy. Most places seem to lose sight of the fact that you are paying rent and, as such, have a right to a reasonable amount of privacy. I appreciate that very much. Idon't know how to intrepret the rating scale for noise level so i chose excellent, meanign noise isn't a problem whatsoever.
